What ECG+ is

ECG+ is a digital workspace for booking and managing construction, landscaping, and outdoor-living projects with Earthcore Group LLC, a licensed Georgia general contractor. The App provides:

• consultation booking with Earthcore staff;
• project workspaces with a shared design brief, chat, and files;
• estimate review and approval;
• deposit and invoice payment through Stripe;
• coordination with Earthcore subcontractors assigned to your project.

ECG+ is a tool for managing your relationship with Earthcore. It does not itself perform construction work; that’s done by Earthcore and its contracted subcontractors under separate written agreements.

Account responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Information you provide during sign-up must be accurate and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used to impersonate another person or that materially violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content that infringes anyone’s rights, contains malware, or is unlawful;
• attempt to access another user’s account, project, or content without permission;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the App or its backend services;
• use the AI chat assistants to generate content that violates applicable law or that you intend to pass off as a human author;
• resell or repackage access to the App.

Payments

Project payments — deposits, milestone invoices, and any final balances — are processed by Stripe under their Consumer Services Agreement. By approving an estimate or invoice in the App, you authorize the corresponding charge.

The default payment schedule for design-build projects is 30% on approval · 40% at mid-build · 30% on completion, as disclosed on the estimate artifact. Estimates remain valid for 60 days from the date sent; after that the price may change to reflect current material and labor costs.

Refunds and disputes are handled by Earthcore directly. Contact us at the address below within 14 days of a charge to request a review. If you initiate a Stripe dispute, Stripe’s standard dispute process governs that interaction.

Warranties on completed work

Construction warranties for completed work are governed by your project’s written contract with Earthcore Group LLC. The current default coverage is 18 months on planting and 5 years on hardscape, as disclosed on the estimate artifact. The App displays these terms but does not itself constitute a warranty.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, documents, and messages you upload to your projects. You grant Earthcore a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of operating the App, completing your project, and (where you opt in) showcasing finished work in the Highlights section of the App and on Earthcore’s public website.

We will ask before publishing recognizable photos of your property in marketing materials outside the App.

Subcontractors

If you are a subcontractor using ECG+ under Earthcore’s subcontractor tier, your work for any specific project is governed by the written subcontract agreement issued for that project. The App is the tool by which Earthcore issues assignments, collects invoices, and pays you; it does not itself create an employment relationship.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the You tab inside the App — scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms. Active project obligations — signed contracts, scheduled work, paid deposits — survive account termination and are governed by the underlying project contracts.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Construction services delivered by Earthcore are warranted separately under the project contract; the App is the coordination layer, not the construction itself.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earthcore Group LLC’s total liability arising out of or related to your use of the App is limited to the amount you have paid to Earthcore through the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 if no payments were made. This limit does not apply to liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Georgia law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after a change indicates your agreement to the new Terms.
